Jayden & Hayley || Jewish Wedding celebration in Mauritius at Lux Grand Gaube
I had the honor to travel to the beautiful island of Mauritius on the East Coast of Africa, to capture the incredible Jewish celebration of Jayden & Hayley. It was a magical few days filled with lots of laughter and fun for them and their guests. There were quite a few events leading up to the wedding day and these were all held at the Zilwa Attitude hotel. Some of the highlights were a day spent on a private island where opulent and local food was served and the guests had a chance to enjoy the wonderful island vibe and weather. The Shabbat dinner was also very special with the families coming together in sharing a meal and singing songs.
The wedding day arrived and everyone was very excited. It took place at one of Mauritius’ most opulent hotels – Lux Grand Gaube, in the north of the island. The pictures of this amazing hotel will leave you dreaming about a holiday sipping Pina Coladas! The day was filled with so much beautiful emotion and passion – I’ll let the pictures do the talking!
The day was planned by the incredible 2iC Events from Cape Town. Cheri & Shelly – you guys did the most fantastic job in hosting this event – you are right up there with the best planners in the world. Hayley’s hair and makeup were done by the talented and kindhearted, Alicia Buckle from Stellenbosch. The wedding dress was made by the one and only Kobus Dippenaar – wow! How about that train?!
