Werner & Laura

Golden-Autumn-Sunset-Boho-Feast
Hawksmoor House, Stellenbosch

It was a gorgeous Autumn day in Stellenbosch as Werner & Laura came from the United Kingdom to tie the knot.  The celebrated under the stars at one of our favorite venues in the Western Cape – Hawksmoor House.  The fairy-tale like reception was setup by some of Cape Town’s finest – Decor by My Pretty Vintage and all the florals by Opus Studio.  From the start of the day,  Laura set the tone of the day with her contagious laughter – it was truly a joyous occasion from start to finish!  The view from the Hawksmoor manor house during sunset is just out of this world – the guests enjoyed it with an epic gin bar by Mother’s Ruin and delicious canapés made by Salt & Pepper.

It was so lovely to get a snippet into these two lovely humans’ lives.  They are best friends and we could just see how the complete each other’s personalities.  The relationships between the friends and family deserves to be mentioned too – the sense of deep friendships could be felt all around – so awesome!

How can we not freak a little bit out about Laura’s dress? Oh. My. Word.  How breathtaking is that dress?!  She wore a Rue de Seine gown, that made Laura look a Bohemian-goddess!  The whole dress is such a wonderful piece of art! Laura’s makeup was done by the talented Kirsten Murphy.  For a full list of suppliers, see the bottom of this post.

Thanks to my partner for the day – Pc, you’re a machine as always!

Werner & Laura – we loved capturing your special day for you – may you guys always keep your infectious laughter and we pray that your love for each other will keep growing every day.  Never give up on love!

Enjoy the memories!

Love,

Skillie, Tehillah & Pc
